By accessing or using the Safeticity website ("Site") or submitting an early-access application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

Safeticity is a safety management platform designed for offshore energy, marine, and industrial operations. The Site currently operates as an early-access waitlist for the private beta. Submitting an application does not guarantee access to the platform.

3. Early-Access Applications

By submitting an early-access application you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are authorised to make the application on behalf of the organisation you name.
• You consent to us contacting you at the email address you provide about your application.

We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Safeticity and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.
• Use automated tools to submit applications or scrape Site content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safeticity and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

8. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Links do not imply endorsement.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated where practicable.
